If anyone is ever interested in checking out another movie that has links to colonialism and imperialism, check out District 9. WARNING! The language is horrible (so ask your parents before viewing:)). It is a Sci-fi so if you are a Sci-fi fanatic, rent District 9, pop some popcorn and think Social Studies!
