My apologies! It has been a long pause between posts.
We have been watching the VERY long but excellent movie Gandhi. What we are focusing on is the concept of non-violent resistance as a tool to spur independence in India. This is our second case study of imperialism after studying British Imperalism in Canada. We will then move on and discuss the Scramble for Africa which will spur us into Social Activism discussions during Project Week.
We will have our project days on October 24th and October 25th.
